General warranty terms

Exceptions to Product Warranty

1. 2 years warranty period for cabinet structures, doors, wooden wall panels, drawer fronts, hinges and handles.
2. 3 years warranty period for top qurandam
3. 2-year warranty period for Tandembox and Metabox drawer guides.
4. Equipment that is not guaranteed include equipment, internal grids, hanging rails, all kinds of light bulbs, outlets and peripheral devices.
Products in the category of ready-made kitchen sets
1. 1 year warranty period for cabinet structures, drawer guides, hinges, handles and top qurandum.
2. Equipment that is not guaranteed, such as the equipment inside the cabinet, hanging rails, all kinds of light bulbs, outlets and various peripheral devices.

สินค้าขึ้นรา, สินค้าถูกปลวกหรือมอดกิน, ชำรุดเสียหายจากภัยธรรมชาติ, สินค้าขายตามสภาพ, สินค้าตัวโชว์, สินค้า Clearance Sales
2. กรุณานำใบเสร็จรับเงินต้นฉบับหรือใบรับประกันสินค้ามาแสดงสิทธิ์หากบริษัทฯ พิจารณาแล้วว่าสินค้าของท่านอยู่ในเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจดำเนินการเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนทดแทน หรือทำการซ่อมแซมสินค้า หรือดำเนินการตามความเหมาะสม โดยจะไม่มีการคืนเงินไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
